Boundaries as Self Respect:
A Pneuma Women’s Day Retreat

Sunday, August 16 2026 | Starting at $165

Overview

Boundaries as Self Respect is a full day immersion designed to help you get clear on what you actually need, reconnect with your right to protect your energy, and practice the kind of boundaries that come from self respect rather than fear.

A boundary is not a wall. It is not a punishment or a rejection. It is a declaration of what you value, including yourself. And yet for many of us, saying no feels dangerous, selfish, or unkind. We over explain, over give, and over extend, and then wonder why we feel so empty. This retreat is an invitation to explore what changes when you start treating your own limits as something worth honoring.

Through embodied practices, creative reflection, and intentional community, we create space to examine where your energy is going and why, what it feels like to own your no without guilt, and how clarity in your relationships begins with clarity about yourself.

At the heart of this retreat is belonging. This is a space for women to gather in shared presence, to be witnessed, supported, and held within a community that values authenticity and care. Through practicing together, we support one another's growth and deepen our connection to ourselves and each other.

We are intentionally keeping this retreat small, with a maximum of 20 participants. This allows for a more intimate, grounded experience where each person feels seen, supported, and able to fully drop in.

The size of the group is a key part of how we create depth, safety, and meaningful connection throughout the day.

Throughout the day, you will be guided through a thoughtfully curated flow of experiences, including yoga, breathwork, sound healing, a cacao ceremony, reflective workshop practices, and a closing movement and dance integration.

Each element is designed to support nervous system balance, self-awareness, and the clarity needed to plant seeds with intention.

This retreat is about remembering that a boundary is one of the most loving things you can offer, to yourself and to the people around you.

Pneuma women's retreats are inclusive experiences. All who identify with or feel drawn to feminine-centered spaces, practices, and themes are welcome.

You will leave feeling clear, grounded, and more attuned to your inner compass, with a beautifully designed retreat workbook to support continued reflection and integration in the days that follow.

No prior experience with yoga, breathwork, or meditation is required. Come exactly as you are.

We cannot wait to hold this space and build this community with you.

What to Expect

This guided day retreat moves through yoga, breathwork, sound healing, reflective workshop time, cacao, and a closing ceremony. The day is intentionally paced to give you space to settle in, connect, and stay with your own process without feeling rushed.

❋ Intentional Structure

The day unfolds with a balance of guidance and space. You’ll move between facilitated practices and time for reflection, allowing insights to land in their own time. There’s a natural rhythm that supports you without feeling rigid or over-scheduled.

❋ Collaborative Energy

There’s something powerful about doing this work alongside others. Shared practices create a sense of being held in the room, where your own experience deepens through presence, honesty, and connection.

❋ Expert Facilitation

You’ll be guided by facilitators who create a supportive container while leaving room for your own inner direction. Each offering is held with care, so you can explore what’s coming up without pressure or expectation.

❋ A Supportive Space

The environment is warm, grounded, and welcoming. You can arrive as you are, move at your own pace, and engage in the ways that feel most true for you throughout the day.

We invite you to pause, breathe, connect with others, and return to yourself.

Our Commitment to Community

At Pneuma, we believe healing grows stronger when it's shared. As part of our 2|2|2 commitment, each retreat gives back in three ways:

2% of our profit
2% of our time

For this gathering, that includes gifting one retreat ticket to someone in need, donating a portion of event proceeds to aligned charities, and offering ongoing community support beyond the day itself.

If you are in a season where this retreat is calling to you but the cost is a barrier, we invite you to apply for a gifted spot at the link below.

  • "Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about becoming who you were before the world taught you to be small."

    Brianna Wiest

  • "Maybe the journey isn’t about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about unbecoming everything that isn’t really you, so that you can be who you were meant to be in the first place."

    Paulo Coelho

  • "And I said to my body softly, ‘I want to be your friend.’ It took a long breath and replied, ‘I have been waiting my whole life for this.’”

    Nayyirah Waheed

Good to Know

  • This retreat is for anyone drawn to feminine-centered spaces seeking clarity, intention, and community. It's for women navigating transitions and beginnings. You don't need any prior experience with yoga, breathwork, or meditation, just a willingness to show up and be present.

  • This SOMA breathwork practice is gentle and guided, designed to support regulation, release, and opening. We create a safe container and offer modifications so everyone can participate in a way that feels supportive. If you've never done breathwork before, you'll be fully supported.

  • We incorporate ritual elements like cacao ceremony and mindfulness practices, but this retreat isn't affiliated with any religion or spiritual tradition. We create space that honors many paths and welcomes all who feel called to self-connection and growth.

    • A water bottle

    • Comfortable clothes you can move and relax in

    • Any personal items you may want to feel supported for a 6-hour retreat (layers, journal, snacks, pillow, etc.)

  • We offer gifted spots for each retreat. If cost is a barrier but this retreat is calling to you, please apply through our application form. Access to healing and community shouldn't be limited by finances.

We also offer access to weekly reflection circles with a purchase of our workbook. Check out the workbooks page on our website.
