About Us
Pneuma is a wellness collective blending breath, movement, and community. We support real change through practice, presence, and care.
Davina Hanchuck is co-founder of Pneuma, bringing two decades of leadership in tech and a deep foundation in strategy, operations, and scaling. Through her own transformational healing journey, she shifted her focus to integrative wellness and altered states of consciousness. As a breathwork facilitator, sound healer and integration coach, she now guides experiences rooted in grounded clarity, nervous system awareness, and deep inner reconnection.
Camille Nugent is co-founder and creative director, bringing twenty years of design leadership and an artist’s eye. As a yoga teacher, she also integrates design, creative expression, and movement to co-create spaces of transformation where people return to themselves through creativity, presence, and community.
After over 20 years of friendship, Davina and Camille have come together to build Pneuma as a modern wellness space where breath, movement, and community meet. Their partnership blends structure and intuition, inviting people to reconnect with themselves through practice and connection.

The Collective
Pneuma is a space devoted to breath, presence, and the work of returning to yourself. Everything we create is rooted in depth, intention, and lived experience.
Pneuma Wellness Collective was created as a place to pause, listen, and reconnect. Our work centers the body as a source of wisdom, using breath, movement, reflection, and ritual to support deeper self-awareness and meaningful change. We believe lasting shifts happen when people feel supported, seen, and resourced rather than fixed or pushed to be anything other than their authentic selves.
Through retreats, guided experiences, and thoughtfully designed tools, we offer spaces that invite clarity, roundedness, and honest self-inquiry. Our offerings are experiential, blending ancient practices with modern lives, and always held with care and respect for each person’s unique path.
At its core, Pneuma is about creating room to come home to yourself and to do so in community. We gather people who are curious, open, and ready to meet themselves with compassion, trusting that presence, when practiced together, can be deeply restorative and quietly transformative.
