Gather:
A Pneuma December Gathering
Sunday, December 6 2026 | Starting at $55
Overview
Gather is a slow three hour morning to land in community before the holidays take over, with cacao, yoga, breathwork, and a little sound.
This gathering is an invitation to slow down before the season speeds up. For some of us, December is a full calendar and a quiet heart. For others it’s an empty calendar and a heavy one. We know both of those places, and we wanted to make room for them.
Through cacao, gentle movement, and guided breath, we create space to arrive, soften, and feel the people around you.
At the heart of Gather is belonging. This is a space to be together in shared presence, to be witnessed, and to be held within a community that values authenticity and care. Whether you come with a partner, a friend, or on your own, you’re welcome here.
We’re intentionally keeping this gathering small, with a maximum of 19 guests. This allows for an intimate, grounded morning where each person feels seen, supported, and able to fully drop in.
The size of the group is a key part of how we create warmth, safety, and meaningful connection throughout the morning.
Together we’ll move through a gentle flow of experiences: a cacao ceremony, yoga, breathwork, and a little sound to help everything settle.
Each element is designed to support nervous system balance, a sense of ease, and connection with the people beside you.
This gathering is about remembering that there’s room for rest, even in December.
Gather is open to everyone. Partners, friends, family members, and solo guests are all welcome.
You will leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to yourself and to the people in the room.
No prior experience with yoga, breathwork, or cacao ceremony is required. Come exactly as you are.
We can’t wait to hold this space with you.
What to Expect
This guided morning moves through a cacao ceremony, yoga, breathwork, and sound. It’s intentionally paced to give you space to settle in, connect, and stay with your own process without feeling rushed.
❋ Intentional StructureThe morning unfolds with a balance of guidance and space. You’ll move between facilitated practices and moments to simply rest, allowing everything to land in its own time. There’s a natural rhythm that supports you without feeling rigid or over-scheduled.
❋ Collaborative EnergyThere’s something powerful about doing this work alongside others. Shared practices create a sense of being held in the room, where your own experience deepens through presence, honesty, and connection.
❋ Expert FacilitationYou’ll be guided by facilitators who create a supportive container while leaving room for your own inner direction. Each offering is held with care, so you can explore what’s coming up without pressure or expectation.
❋ A Supportive SpaceThe environment is warm, grounded, and welcoming. You can arrive as you are, move at your own pace, and engage in the ways that feel most true for you throughout the morning.
We invite you to pause, breathe, connect with others, and return to yourself.

Our Commitment to Community
At Pneuma, we believe healing grows stronger when it's shared. As part of our 2|2|2 commitment, each retreat gives back in three ways:
For this gathering, that includes gifting one ticket to someone in need, donating a portion of event proceeds to aligned charities, and offering ongoing community support beyond the day itself.
If you are in a season where this gathering is calling to you but the cost is a barrier, we invite you to apply for a gifted spot at the link below.
Good to Know
-
Gather is for anyone who could use a slow morning in good company. Partners, friends, family members, and solo guests are all welcome. No prior experience with yoga, breathwork, or cacao ceremony is needed. All you need is a willingness to show up and be present.
-
This SOMA breathwork practice is gentle and guided, designed to support regulation, release, and opening. We create a safe container and offer modifications so everyone can participate in a way that feels supportive. If you've never done breathwork before, you'll be fully supported.
-
We incorporate ritual elements like cacao ceremony and mindfulness practices, but this gathering isn't affiliated with any religion or spiritual tradition. We create space that honors many paths and welcomes all who feel called to self-connection and growth.
-
A yoga mat (we can provide one if you don’t have one)
A water bottle
Comfortable clothes you can move and relax in
Any personal items you may want to feel supported for a 3-hour morning (layers, journal, pillow, etc.)

We offer gifted spots for each gathering. If cost is a barrier but this gathering is calling to you, please apply through our application form. Access to healing and community shouldn't be limited by finances.
