What to Expect
Return to Yourself is a guided day retreat including yoga, breathwork, sound healing, reflective workshop time, cacao, and a closing ceremony. Expect a supportive, low pressure environment focused on grounding, presence, and embodied self connection.

Part One
Arrive & Meet
As everyone arrives, we take time to land, settle into the space, and ease into the day. This part of the retreat is about arriving fully, connecting gently with those around you, and letting the pace begin to slow. The journey begins here.

Part Two
Set Intentions & Reflect
In the second half of the day, we slow down and turn inward. Using guided reflection and a take-home workbook, we explore what you’re carrying, what feels ready to be released, and what you want to tend moving forward. We close with a cacao ceremony to support heart opening, integration, and a felt sense of completion as you reconnect with what brought you here.
